Terms and Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to all purchases of products from Tanvara through our website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. 

Products and prices

Tanvara offers exclusive leather goods and accessories. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) unless otherwise specified and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct typographical errors, and withdraw products that are out of stock.


Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods available in our online store, including Vipps and other supported payment solutions.

The total amount will be charged once the order has been confirmed and the goods have been dispatched, unless otherwise specified at checkout.


Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are stated on the website and may vary depending on destination, product availability, and shipping method.

Tanvara cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Tanvara in writing within the withdrawal period. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


Returns

Returned products must be unused, free from wear or damage, and returned in their original packaging.
Tanvara reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.


Complaints and defects

If a product is defective, the customer may submit a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should reasonably have been discovered.
If a complaint is approved, Tanvara will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


Conflict resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably between the parties.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may bring the matter before the relevant consumer dispute resolution body in their country of residence, where applicable. Disputes may also be settled by ordinary courts of law.


Applicable law and international consumer rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.

For customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the European Union (EU), mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local and EU legislation shall apply in addition to these terms, where such rights cannot be waived.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable national or European consumer protection laws.


Personal data

Tanvara processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
